I want your therapy experience with me to make a meaningful difference in your life. Whether you want to heal your relationship, or heal from trauma, I am committed to making this experience a positive and transforming one for you.
My specialties are working with couples to regain their connection and helping trauma survivors heal. The approaches I offer in therapy have been supported by extensive research in neuroscience.
My work with couples is grounded on the concept that people with connected and secure relationships are, in a majority of cases, healthier and happier and tend to lead more productive and satisfying lives. Additionally, being in securely connected relationships can help people manage a myriad of life’s stressors. Conversely, enduring difficult and challenging relationships can be isolating and bad for us both physically and emotionally.
These concepts inspire a key part to my professional mission and passion: I want to dedicate my professional life to helping people reconnect in their most important relationships, thus greatly enhancing the quality of their lives:
If you are in a relationship where you feel stuck, unhappy, in a difficult place or even considering ending your relationship, I am committed to supporting you. My calling is helping couples, who haven’t quite given up, reconnect and find their way.
I am also drawn to working with clients who want to recover from trauma. Research in neuroscience strongly supports the idea that the brain wants to and can heal, when given the opportunity to do so. The combination of a highly attuned and empathetic therapist, a safe place and effective techniques can truly be life-altering for trauma survivors. Victims of trauma should not have to live with continued low self-esteem, stress and anxiety – I am committed to working with you at your own pace towards healing.
My mission is to have compassionate, show support, provide inspiration and to leave people in a better place than they were before.
