Do you accept Insurance?

I do not participate with most insurance providers, but when possible, my clients can use their out-of-network benefit. I provide a receipt, which you submit to your insurance company and they reimburse you directly. Many companies offer a good reimbursement rate for out-of-network therapists. Give your company a call and ask if they reimburse for out-of-network therapists and how much their reimbursement rate is. Additionally, many clients use their Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to pay for treatment.


What is your fee?

My fee is $150 for a 55 minute session. You can pay remotely or send me a check.


Are you providing telemedicine? How safe and secure is the telemedicine source you use? Will my privacy be protected?

I have been providing telemedicine since mid-March 2020. is the Telemedicine Provider I use.  It is HIPAA compliant and meets worldwide security standards. Sessions are not recorded in any way. They happen is real-time. Your PHI (Protected Health Information) like names and emails are immediately deleted. In essence, there is no recording of or record of your session. is safe, secure and your privacy is protected. These high standards definitely provide peace of mind.


What do I do to start our telemedicine sessions?

It is an extremely user-friendly process. I will send a link to your email prior to our appointment. Simply click on that link at our appointment time. That will take you to my virtual “waiting room.” I will then invite you into the appointment. The connection works best when your device’s browser is Goodge Chrome or Firefox.
